Free Scripts:
You can install any of the above
free scripts by selecting the script option in "your own"
WebControl panel. The WebControl panel allows you to install
several scripts at once. Below you will find browser paths
to the Authors instructions for the scripts once they have
been installed through "your" WebControl Panel.Allow 15
minutes after you have submitted the script to be installed,
before attempting to view the help instructions below.
Replace "your_domain_here.com" below with your own domain
name:
- Visitor Pro Guestbook
http://your_domain_here.com/vbpro/docs
- PHP4
PHP is a widely-used general-purpose scripting
language that is especially suited for Web development and
can be embedded into HTML. If you are new to PHP and want
to get some idea of how it works, try the
introductory tutorial. After that, check out the
online
manual, and the example archive sites and some of the
other resources available in the
links section.
- FormMail
This script is one from
Matt's Script Archive which we have installed and
preconfigured for your domain. FormMail is a generic www
form to email gateway, which will parse the results of any
form and send them to the specified user. This script has
many formatting and operational options, most of which can
be specified through the form (you don't need any
programming knowledge or multiple scripts for multiple
forms). This also makes FormMail the perfect system-wise
solution for allowing users form-based user feedback
capabilities without the risks of allowing freedom of CGI
access.
- Webalizer
Webalizer is a fast,
free web server log file analysis program. It produces
highly detailed, easily configurable usage reports in HTML
format, for viewing with a standard web browser.
REMEMBER: installing this will disable wusage.
Note: All freeware scripts are made available in
working order when installed from webcontrol, we cannot
offer help in customizing or trouble shooting scripts you
choose to change. If you should decide to try to change
default settings and than the script becomes non functional
just submit a reinstall from "your" webcontrol to set it
back as new.
